Office Administrator opportunity

Based in Stromness, 37.5 hours per week

Salary £18,000 - £23,000 pa depending on skills, experience and expected contribution to the team (plus pension)

To meet the needs of the significant growth in the business, Aquatera is seeking to expand its business support services.

The Office Administrator will work as part of a small team to support and enhance the high quality administration services. The scope of the role covers administrative support of the quality management system, assistance with finance administration and general administrative tasks and duties. The post holder will have:

  • Broad experience of office administration
  • Knowledge/experience of finance administration/support
  • Suitable qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Responsibility for producing reports/minutes
  • Reception duties and an excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and will be obliging and proactive
  • Understanding of and ideally experience of effective finance systems
  • An ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of supporting management systems is desirable
