ReFLEX (Responsive Flexibility) Orkney is a first-of-its-kind Virtual Energy System interlinking local electricity, transport, and heat networks into one controllable, overarching system. The project is managed by Aquatera Ltd. and is now moving to the next stage of its development.

Based in Hatston, Kirkwall, you will be part of a small team to deliver successful decarbonisation services, including all aspects ReFLEX: sales and leasing of new and used electric vehicles, development of heating offers and the potential for solar and Battery packages.

We are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in sales and retail experience, a quick learner, and with plenty of enthusiasm to be part of a small team to deliver this next stage of the ReFLEX project. Knowledge of electric vehicles and/or heating systems is not essential but would be an advantage.

You will have:
• First class customer service experience
• Good interpersonal skills to work with the public, partners and stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills
• An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• The ability to solve problems and seek creative solutions
• Promotion and sales capabilities

Training will be provided.
