Aquatera enjoyed a successful evening at the 2013 Energy North Awards, which took place at the Drumossie Hotel, Inverness on the 31st October.

The company picked up the Best Exporter award, in recognition of the global activities the company undertakes from its Stromness base, ensuring that Orkney, the Highlands and Islands and Scotland have a high profile internationally in the renewables industry and are recognised as leaders in their field.

The Energy North Awards recognise the suppliers, brokers, product manufacturers, experts and consultants who are proving their own excellence by working in the oil and gas, renewables, hydro, biomass or the nuclear industry.

It was fantastic to collect this award on behalf of the dedicated staff, associates and partners at Aquatera, who all assist the delivery of projects around the world.”

This is Aquatera’s 4th Energy North Award since the launch of the event back in 2010.

Orkney had further success on the night with locally based Green Marine scooping two awards, for Best Renewable Energy Service Supplier and Best Renewable Energy Project.
