The Channel Islands are active in developing their tremendous marine energy resources, with collaborative agreements with South West companies in order to provide expertise and technology to deliver future energy projects.

As a major centre for financial services, the Channel Islands can provide financial services and access to investment which is essential to accelerate the commercialisation of the marine energy sector. Their location also provides an ideal platform from which to engage with the growing marine energy sector in France.
