To meet the needs of growth in Europe, Aquatera Atlántico is seeking to develop its business support services. The office in Tenerife needs Finance and Administration support. You will work as part of a small team to support and develop the necessary finance, administration and quality services. The scope of the role covers administrative support and working with the wider Aquatera team to replicate the quality management system, assistance with finance administration and general administrative tasks and duties. The post holder will have:

  • Broad experience of office administration
  • Knowledge/ experience of finance administration/ support/ basic bookkeeping
  • Suitable qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of Spanish finance and admin requirements and ability to liaise with relevant departments
  •  Excellent IT skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and will be obliging and proactive
  • Understanding of and experience in effective finance systems 
  • An ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

The successful candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/ English).
