Contract Terms
In order to help foster a mutual understanding, Aquatera has prepared sets of standard contractual terms for the different types of business undertaken. Standard terms for Aquatera are:

Written scope of work to be agreed prior to work

Contract number or other official notification received before work commences

Manpower charged at agreed rate on a reimbursable basis

Subsistence cost reimbursable against receipts + 10% handling charge or lumpsum of £150/day (£200/day London and overseas)

Travel cost reimbursable against receipts (economy travel for under 2 hrs, business travel over 2hrs duration)

Other costs reimbursable against receipts + 10% handling charge

Payment due on issue of invoice and at least within 30 days, after which interest will be charged per month
