Aquatera has conducted a number of environmental projects for The Highland Council. The majority of these were conducted in order to support the development of the Highland Renewable Energy Strategy. Types of project conducted by Aquatera include a renewable energy resource assessment (RERA), strategic environmental assessment (SEA), establishing zones of visual influence, working group support and analysis of consultation responses. The finalised strategy documents have now been formally adopted by the Highland Council.
