Marcia Humes, BA MSc

Marcia joined Aquatera in April 2009, after having relocated to Scotland from Oregon, USA. Marcia graduated from Kenyon College, Ohio, with a BA (Hons) in Biology and received her MSc from Oregon State University in Wildlife Science.

Marcia has worked for over 18 years as a wildlife biologist in Oregon and has a wide range of experience including developing biological assessments; initiating and coordinating wildlife research and monitoring projects; developing management plans; and working with diverse stakeholders to resolve complex issues involving potential conflicts between species and natural resource management.
